Six things we are asked for most

Each one is quoted on the machine, the position and the site conditions — not on a flat rate that ignores what the job actually takes.

On-site fitting and changeouts

Removal, fitting and refitting of OTR and heavy commercial tyres in position, from bead breaking and rim separation through to seating, inflation from a restraint and a torque-checked reassembly.

Field

Breakdown and after-hours response

Callouts for blowouts, sidewall failures, run-flat damage and deflated positions on haul roads, highways, yards and farm tracks, arranged around your shift pattern rather than ours.

Callout

Pressure, rotation and wear management

Scheduled pressure and tread-depth checks with position rotations planned from measured wear, so tyres move before uneven wear or under-inflation turns a good casing into scrap.

Programmed

Casing inspection and retread management

Assessment of casings against repair and retread criteria, with cuts, separations and bead damage recorded so the repair, retread or replace decision is made on evidence.

Assessment

Puncture, plug and section repairs

Repairs to punctures and tread injuries within the repairable envelope for the casing, including sectional work where the size and location of the damage allows it.

Repair

Rim, wheel and valve servicing

Inspection and preparation of rims, flanges, lock rings and O-rings, plus valve, extension and hardware replacement, before a casing is put back into service.

Tyres managed as a line item, not a surprise

For fleets, the value is not in any single changeout. It is in knowing which positions are close to the end of their life before a shift is lost to them.

  • Site survey

Plant list, positions, fitments and current condition captured so there is a baseline to measure against.

  • Check interval

A visit frequency set to how hard the fleet works, rather than a generic monthly slot that suits nobody.

  • Wear tracking

Tread depths and pressures recorded per position, so wear rates and rotation timing come from your own data.

  • Casing pool

Serviceable casings tracked through repair and retread rather than being scrapped by default at removal.

  • Reporting

A written summary after each attendance covering what was found, what was changed and what needs watching.

Fitments

Classes of tyre we cover

We work to the position and the assembly rather than the brand on the sidewall.

  • OTR & earthmoving

Rigid and articulated dump trucks, excavators, dozers and scrapers on radial or bias off-the-road rubber.

  • Loader & grader

Front-end loader and grader positions, including multi-piece rim assemblies and their lock ring hardware.

  • Heavy transport

Prime movers, trailers, side tippers and road-train sets across steer, drive and trailer positions.

  • Agricultural

Tractors, headers, chaser bins, spreaders and floaters, including low-pressure flotation fitments.

  • Materials handling

Forklift, telehandler and yard-plant tyres in pneumatic, solid and press-on formats.

  • Light commercial support

Site utilities and service vehicles handled alongside the heavy fleet where they are already on the same yard.

Send us the size and the site

Tyre size, machine, position and location is enough for us to tell you what the job involves.
